Anywhere with good prices and friendly staff will do, for starts. I could name a few, but it's been some time since I have actually been to a dispensary or retail shop... years in fact! There must be SOMEONE on this site that goes to one
I get most of mine at dispensaries or retail shops. Flower prices around my part of the world are very low. With all the different strains out there, I like to try them. I can’t get variety like that from an old school dealer. I’m not into concentrates. Unfortunately, growing my own is not an option.
Edibles for med, here. I have a shop around the corner with excellent service, carries the lines I like. Walkable is always preferable. It’s also near the best ice cream (including vegan) in my city. I like this location, and find some others very lackluster. Not far from me is a drive through dispensary attached to/owned by a topless club. Owner happens to be a big wheel in that incorporated city’s government. I’m waiting on a trademark fight. It’s Starbuds
I like Urban Wellness. They're a chain throughout the city of Albuquerque. I've no idea if they are elsewhere. There are a handful I go to if I'm out and about, but I tend to go to the one nearest my house. Everyone's so chill and friendly. It's like Cheers. I walk in and everyone says hello and calls me by my first name. One of the guys who works there is also in a local band I like. We chat music. Basically, great folks at my local shop. Plus they have great sales and rewards.
I have a buddy near there who just got hired by a new company, and she says the good ones there are just the same as you describe. the NM scene sounds cool. hi from your northern neighbor!
Gee, I've been in so many of them across the nation I really don't know. The one in Skagway is a little cubby hole shop and the budtender is great. So is the one in Illinois that made sure neither of us got into trouble as I'm not a resident but wanted more than non-residents can get at one time. For selection it's a toss up between the shop in Seattle and Kansas City, Mo. All in all most of the dispensaries I've been in are good. As far as ease of getting in and purchasing the shop in Skagway was the best.
Coffeeshop Hollywood in Den Haag, Nederland | DutchCoffeeshops.com It is the closest(lazy).............nice choice/quality. Coffeeshops/theehuizen used be nice places to hang around(a few still are).......social/games(triktrak/backgammon/fussbal table/pool/ect).......these days i rather smoke at home(security/passes/people/sigh) Mzzls
I like to go to the club to get tinctures and occasionally a vape cartridge if I need to be discreet. Sometimes I’ll look around for hash also but for the most part club hash sucks… I’m just a sucker for variety. I hardly ever get flower because the prices are high from the clubs and I can get top notch strains elsewhere.
I’m actually not going to name the place since it didn’t get its marijuana sales license, but I blame the state since NY really screwed the pooch on implementing its licensure. Big time. Fairly large space in a fairly ghetto part of town run by a bunch of Palestinians. I’ve been in and out of there enough that I’m in their “in” club. Reasonably priced accessories, even the nicotine vapes. They’re super nice to me although I have seen them be strict before (a necessity in this part of town). It’s also close to the freeway so I’m often able to duck in on the way to or from something, so it’s convenient as well. Most of the other shops are either priced way higher, or the service sucks hella bad. About the only other place I’d visit is a very much more upscale place, they have some great weed, and some really creative and quality edibles. All their stuff is top-notch, through and through, and priced accordingly. $50 for 1/8th is their starting point for flower. I also won’t mention the name as I am likewise not sure if they are licensed “properly”. I’m guessing not as they were there well before the state finally decided to actually start issuing licenses.
