:H damn it's really hard to answer questions like this, and i can say "whole Led Zeppelin albums" as an answer, but; Led Zeppelin I, Led Zeppelin III and Presence...yeah they're fantastic albums.

    humm except Led Zeppelin,

    Iron Butterfly - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida
    Jefferson Airplane - Surrealistic Pillow
    Deep Purple - In Rock
Small Faces - From the Beginning
    The Doors - The Doors

Wow... that's so difficult... There are so many LP's I like... the ones by Umpah-Pah, Pearl Jam, Crosby Stills & Nash, KLF, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Tracy Chapman... I like a lot of music, from flamenco to hindi, hard rock, reggae... The power of music is supreme!

Gotta be Rainbow-Live in Europe. of course, there are so many great albums to choose from. I like the live albums the best because if the band sounds good live, then you know they are good.

Other albums that receive consideration would have to be :

Allman Bros. Live at the Fillmore
    Deep Purple-Made in Japan
    Black Sabbath-Live Evil
    The Outlaws-Bringin it Back Alive
Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush-Double Live
    Wishbone Ash-Live Dates 2
    Foghat-Live
    Rick Derringer-Live
    Robin Trower-Live
    Ted Nugent-Live at the Hammersmith
    Rush-All the Worlds a Stage
    Bob Seger-Live Bullet
    Mountain-Twin Peaks

Well, I could go on and on, and I am sure I have left out some real gems

Although Led Zeppelin gets my favorite band, I'll go with X Japan's one-song ep Art Of Life for favorite album of all time.
