Your experiences on HIP forum.

I will post mine first.

When I first joined I brought a few friends with me.
A few stayed some left.
I was linked here by a forum friend, who is a long time member.

I left so many forums previously, as the damn stalker troll kept finding me, and my friend Boozy.
Somehow she found us here and has been banned I believe, 17 times now.

It took time to find my way around this forum. But a few helped me, they know who they are.

Then certain members decided that they would post nasty things about me on a certain thread, they found me, and I quote - Too Fluffy.

I decided that I would stay anyway, and supported the forum, as I encourage many to do so.

I also put many HELP threads in place, that way I can help others.

Now I have so many wonderful forum friends here, they are like a little family to me.

Please add your findings.

 

I only attempted to use a few forums before this popped up in a search. I was a bit of a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game) superfan and I was playing as many as I could while completing my studio. I have since made many friends on HF but I don't often get the chance to express my gratitude to you all. HF has manners. I never found that on any forum!

I came here in May this year. Found it by complete accident, was tired of the usual car and bike forums. I wanted to find a forum with more interaction a chance to make friends.

Wasn't easy at first but a couple of folk (yes you) made me feel welcome and even helped with posting pics and gifs.

The has been 1 or 2 issues in the early days but those are done. And think I'm here to stay.
Most well majority of people I've had interactions with have been friendly and positive.

I really like it here, some fun games, some good threads for advice and help
And great people too.
