That was yelled at me the other day when I said "hello" to an older disabled black man at Mcdonalds. He had a Chicago Bulls hat. I figured he was just angry with life and how white people have treated him maybe in Chicago and now he is in California and people are being nice to him..I dont know, what do you think?

I think at that moment he ment white people just don't get that he doesn't want anything from them including a nice greeeting. But yeah, sounds like he was just in a bad mood to me too.

He yelled at you for saying hi?

That doesn't make sense at all. Just 'cause he's wearing a Chicago hat doesn't mean he's from Chicago. Not everyone in CA is nice to black people, btw.

Clearly has something to do with Derek Rose having another season ending injury.

Oh I am sure of that, but I think a white guy said hi before me..so maybe he was irritated..

and the reason I went ahead a speculated Chicago is because of him saying "you people in California" which means he is not from here

He probably had to deal with a great amount of racism back then and is now confused about the shift in values with all this equality stuff that's happening, he probably thinks white people smile with a knife behind their backs, you can't blame him, time flys and history is a whore show.

He probably had some kind of psychological problem. I wouldn't think too much of it, to be honest.

Once in a mcdonalds with my exgirlfriend. black male mid 40s began to flip out and speak aloud against women. At first I thought he was talking to my exgf but he wasnt, he was speaking to the Mcds worker. She was a teen black girl and looked scared when he got louder. I told him to "cool it" and he did not. I said "do you think youre going to get away with whatever you want, everyone is looking at you like you are some kinda asshole".. he got verbally louder as the mdcs worker said something and then he screamed something back at them getting closer to the counter when he reached mad for the black girl and pointed at her screaming when he couldnt get her, he tried to knee over the counter. I grabbed him by his coat and arm and slammed him to the floor to the left. fast enough he couldnt recover quickly and other black people helped hold him there til the police came. I was plenty pissed off having to get to the bus and missed that, and I was pissed my gf drug me into town for no good reason, and oh oh you wanted to go in mcdonalds wtf. while waiting for the bus, this women from the mcds began to hit on me. but I was to irate to notice til after she moved on. then I was mad again.

Black male wasnt on drugs, drunk or anything. He was running late with his delivery.

What he’s thinking is this “If only all white people were as nice and as kind as this beautiful young girl the world would be a better place” but alas she is but one – “how could she treat me as an equal showing compassion and concern while others find me wanting” that is the source of his anger – guilt at judging people by the color of their skin.

I think he figured she was just patronizing him. "Oh there's a black man, let me say 'hi'."
