    Hemp cellulose can be used to make TNT..

    Explosives. Hurds can be processed to make explosives such as dynamite or TNT. (57) Illinois fireworks regulations explicitly mention hemp products.

    I am not certified, but have taken all the exams for certification except for the final one. What I have learned was that pure oxygen rarely used and is only used for advanced divers.

    They do dry the air that is compressed into the tanks to prevent corrosion.
