Haha ! I hate to admit it, but I'm kinda like that too. Not hostile, just indifferent. Arlandis, you never seem to disappoint me. :cheers2:
Nope. Indulgence is for the intelligent person who enjoys the subtle beauty of life: sight, smell, hear, taste and feel. Spoil all of your senses, including tasting fabulous food. You only live once and won't regret the things you had but the things you passed up. I never said not in moderation. That is key, but still, you can indulge!!
I'm not really that intelligent. Seriously. And there is more to life then indulgence. Eat just enough to survive !
I never implied that. But, nah, I would rather spoil my senses as much as I can while still thinking moderation, if that makes sense, I dunno. A middle ground between indulge and moderation I guess. Certainly not subjecting any of my senses to just enough of anything, than I will regret so much!! I look at it this way, that extra chocolate isn't going to do anything in the long run, not gonna shorten my life or add any more than 2 ounces to my weight which I can walk off.
my brother is a health freak, and he told me the perfect diet for me it's called the sonoma diet you eat chicken and fish and veggies and fruit and drink wine  http://www.sonomadiet.com/public/index.aspx
my real problem is my obsession with butter. i love the smell of garlic and/or onions frying in butter *drool*
