We had that philosophy about many things, especially when it came to sexual experiences. How open were You and your S/O about Sexual desires and experimenting in different directions.
What have you discovered that you like or dislike.

My wife and I always were open to new things. She passed away a while ago so we don’t actually get a chance to try a lot of things.

Before I had been in a threesome I was certain I would like an FFM and certain I would not be in a MMF.

But you don’t know till you try it:p

I've been diligent to only choose partners who share my desire/need to live life to the max.

So...FFM threesomes, MMF threesomes, foursomes, moresomes, Domination and submission, Shibari, public sex, sex while driving (okay, maybe not so smart--Don't Try This At Home, Kids!), sex in an airliner lavatory, sex underwater (fish do it all the time!), and so on became doable. And did-'m-many-timesable.

Here's what I believe is Life's numero uno axiom: Life will end. Tomorrow is guaranteed for no one. Someday you will wake up for the last time. So...do not go into that good night burdened by things you did not try when you had the chance. Far better, if you're going to have any regrets, are those regrets that come about from failed attempts. "Well, sheeyit, that didn't work.". Those latter regrets are not caustic to the soul. The former are.

    Go for it.

Of course, try not to be an imbecile about it!
