Life is good thanks! I am hibernating up here and keeping out of trouble and cold air.


I am not sure about the death camp, if that is true perhaps we all need to back out slowly.

That's good. I all but jived winter in 2015 :afro:

I left NY in December and we had an unseasonably warm winter up until that point. Like in the 50's and shit. And I was on the shores of Lake Erie so we'd typically get freezing ass temperatures and lake effect on the order of feet was not uncommon. So that was nice.

Then I drive to CO and it's been like 50s and even into the 60s (its twice hit 70) here in Southern CO ever since I arrived. Which is great because I hate the cold and snow. Gimme that sun and warmth.

Though the temps did drop the past few days its been in the 20s and 30s with a real light amount of snow.

He did recently get married but that does not really count as being dead!

 

This winter has been all over the place. I think that is part of the problem as I have honestly not acclimatized to the cold. Normally we build on that from November on but this year it is like a yoyo. I am not sure the ground is more than surface frozen and it is going to play havoc with spring and every other season. People also seem to be getting horrific colds and we have not had the frigid temperature to kill off a lot of the germs.

Be careful my friend. I've been there. Dealt with the whole gambit of craziness. I am extremely fortunate - and extremely lucky- things worked out the way they did. Could have easily gone differently at a few points.

Not that you need to hear any of this though. Specially not from this youngun

Also- I'm sure I've lost more than most to cancer. Just lost someone else, one of the closest people to me, in September. But I don't believe in any kind of language policing and restrictions. Certainly not when making jokes. Intention is what matters

I had a girl over recently. Who I met at the bar. First couple times I didn't smoke in her presence. Once we were real comfortable with each other I did, in my own apartment of course.

And she was ALARMED at how much I smoke. It was bizarre. First time I've ever been with a girl like that! In her defense I do smoke A LOT, continually. The look of panic and alarm in her face was immediately apparent.

To me it's no big thing. Not even something worth remarking on. It's like drinking a glass of ice water or something. Needless to say that didn't work out so good LOL.

 

We bought a fighting fish yesterday and we named him Loki because he looks like a meanie. =p

At the moment he's communal as none of the others seem particularly interested in bullying him, yet, but it's not feeding time so we aren't too sure yet.

 

It may actually be "The SURPASSING of the great race" actually.

That is me Thanksgiving 2015...with a belly full of firecrackers. I think its the only picture I've ever taken or had taken where I wasn't grinning toothy like a mule eating briars (as we say in the south).

It is also nothing short of a miracle that I figured how to go to our last chat thread, copy that and paste it here. lol yeah, those words look simple even to me but I have a knack for making computer stuff MUCH harder than necessary. Its the opposite of a talent.
