You Can Trip Everyday On Ayawaska, Right?

Since DMT has been shown to have no noticeable tolerance, and that it has proven that DMT can be smoked multiple times a day, can you take ayawaska everyday? I mean is it physically possible without increasing tolerance? Not that it would seem easy to trip all the time since even Mckenna noted that after tripping on ayawaska that you have to literally give your eyes a rest due to it being worn out from the previous day of tripping. Still I imagine it is possible, pharmacokinetically speaking and I imagine the rainforest shamans are able to do it all the time because of the no noticeable tolerence (and it being their primary medicine/sacrament).

Then I guess this moves into the realm of how many times a day can you trip since ayawaska has about a 5 hour trip curve. Could you trip during the morning and then as the effects wear off take more to trip during the afternoons or at night as well?

however, the MAOI ingredients may form tolerance? if so, the dmt would be digested rather than absorbed.
