You bloody nocturnal people

good evening all you night owls. there were a few of you about a bit ago, but now seems everyone else has flown the coop.

oh well, guess i should try to be off to bed soon myself. *yawn*

 

I'm about to head to bed. Just been writing my novel and posting in the Book Forum. Some good discussions going there already, great idea Phoenix, can't think why we didn't have one before....

 

why thank you... i only thought of it mainly cause bokonon and i were sending PM's back and forth about our love of Vonnegutt.

plus, i read like a fiend usually.

 

I hope you'll be buying a copy of my novel if/when it's published then? :tongue:

Is there any snippet of your book online currently? Maybe after some sleep I could give it a read.

 

Well I always need proof readers. The more the merrier. I could send you the 11 chapters I've written so far. If you're up for reading through it as I write it and giving a few comments/reactions then I'd be happy to give you an acknowledgement in it should it ever get published....

 

hey ... sure ... i'm fairly good at punctuation and grammar as well (though you wouldn't be able to tell it by most of my posts on here) i'll PM you my e-mail (as i'm assuming it would be an attachment of some sort)

 

You're on the MSN list I think, so I'll add you in a little bit. It should be fine on the spelling/punctuation/grammar front: what doesn't get picked up by the computer gets picked up by my English teacher father. Obviously if you notice any glaring errors, do point them out, but I'm primarily looking for your reactions to the story, whether you enjoy it or not, what you find most/least appealing, which characters you most identify with etc....

 

and the main character is hot

Anyone who uses the internet in the early hours of the morning should begin looking at their use of the internet. It could be early signs of addiction.

 

it could also be a sign of insomnia and the fact that everyone else is bloody asleep and there's fuck all to do in England in the wee hours of the morning mid-week. *rolls eyes*

I used to come on here at 4am. Boring as hell. Anyway, too much internet isn't good for you. It is unhealthy.

damn, i was gonna have an early night tonight post bonfire and instead myspace has shat on me deleting half my profile and i have a numb arse trying to re-make my layout sat here and its almost 3am!! it was only just gone 12 last time i looked
