Yeah I think that your bone particles might stay the same throughout most of your life though . . . You are constantly changing though and never the same person in the past or future as you are right now which just goes to show the importance of having focus in the present moment

Ive thought of this before also. Its very interesting because im one of those people who dont believe in magic, daemons, psycics or anything "metaphysical". Yet, it does seem like there is an actual "soul" in a way, strange thing is, I have no way of proving there is more than one! I know I exist, and that I am conscious but I dont know if anyone else around me is also.
So, your "soul" is your "consciousness". And its really the result of the fact that your nuerons are firing and have some special "logic" and rythm to them. Which is why its sad when someone dies, because theres almost no chance you will ever see another "rythm" or "soul" like that again. If you ever saw that cloning movie with arnold schwarzeneggar it really opens a person's eyes to this idea without really going in depth with it. People get cloned, but not only cloned, their memories and who they were as well. The scary thing about this is that if that were possible your pretty much creating a brand new soul each time, which just happens to contain your memories and even carries the belief that it is you. But even though the clone has your same "rythm" and arrangement of neurons, its impossible that you can be the exact same person. The rythm constantly changes throughout life, theres no way to really "superimpose" it. Your brain is not the same as it was in the past, it is constantly changing, and at a very fast rate, and eventually it leads to different quirks and maybe a few habit changes as the years go on. And so long as your conscious the whole time (and sleeping or being "knocked out" doesnt really count, only "brain death" will end your consciousness, or so I think...) your "soul" is still intact. The crazy thing about the soul, is that it is NOT your personality, your habits, quirks, its not really who you are at all. Its just the fact that this body, and brain is YOU and whatever happens to this material ends up being received by YOU the "soul".
