and then you get down the road and realize it..

    Does anyone ever turn around?

I can say that I virtually never patronize the drive thru. Maybe once a year. Even then, why not just walk inside? Save some gas, get a little exercise.

At any rate I do not relate to this particular plight of yours.

not much exercise in walking 50 ft..I am about time, I don't have time to wait in line inside..but anyway, I ordered a double cheeseburger last night and they only gave me a single cheeseburger..after I ate, I was still hungry

Little things add up :). I've found the fitness isn't all about the major workouts, but the little lifestyle choices that compound. "Always take the stairs, etc." A little off topic.

I've never had a cheeseburger at a fast food restaurant in my life. Is that weird? Am I missing out! I hope they didn't charge you for the double :(.

yeah, they did charge me. I know the little things add up but sometimes I can be a bit lazy, I usually always hope for an elevator when there is stairs

Stairs ftw! We do stair drills at practice that are brutal, but soooo good.

You're screwing yourself by even considering eating that factory junk.

Get your workout on derby style ;).
1 rep = once up and down

2 rep warm up walk flights
    4 rep sprints
4 rep double steps (skip one stair)
    2 rep sprints
4 rep hop single stairs (jumping up each stair with both feet at the same time
    2 rep sprints
    4 rep side steps
    2 rep sprints
2 rep hop up two down one (repeat until up to the top
    2 rep sprints
2 rep cool down walk flights

Sounds killer, but I'd give it a shot. Every time I think I can't do something, I surprise myself!
