I could post a link. When all of the gyms shut down in 2000, and all of the yoga classes with them, I found a number of yoga videos on YouTube, and I practiced yoga at home for the first time ever. Just as I had different instructors for live classes who offered very different practices from each other, I created a lineup of six or seven different videos that I used at home. That gave me a variety of breathing techniques and made sure I used every muscle, tendon, and ligament in my body, just as the live classes did. The biggest drawback to home yoga was that the basement ceiling/pipes/beams/ducts are too low for me to do many of the standing poses the way they should be done. That and the sound. Using my iPad, I couldn't hear very well, especially when the water heater or furnace/AC blower cycled on.
