heres what i can say about the katana......and please keep in mind we play different styles with different guitars so my data concerning the katana may not mesh with your needs and wants......the katana has way too many 'a''s in the name...they could have gotten away with 2 ''a''s in the name but the engineering department just had to use all their fancy equipment so now we have ''katana'' with the three ''a'' title

if you can get past that then its a great amp :)

    i know nothing :)

Going to buy a camera from someone on a Facebook trading group. So maybe I can start posting pictures here. Or maybe I will be kidnapped and tortured. Hopefully if I am kidnapped they will just kill me right away. Or just rob me of my 50 bucks .

What was the old amp that went bottoms up? Might be worth having repaired, depending on what it is.

    Hp photosmart e217.
Woman told me to message her when I was close. She was in her driveway. I was at her place maybe 5 seconds.
I agree that you should trade in a safe place but I didn't see anything suspicious about her. And if something was wrong with the camera....well I know where she lives.

old one is probably built 10 times better than new one so it doesnt really matter if it costs more to fix

plus it supports a local repair guy instead of a chinese factory

You might be happier with one of these...

First of all it's a 15 watt tube amp (sound pressure level of tubes will equal about 30 watts worth of solid state)

Second channel is a modeling preamp with effects... Still uses the tubes for power amp. Effects quality are good, and can be tweeked via USB and a computer, like that Boss Katana.

    Third... It's built better.

Yeah, it's gonna cost more, but you get what you pay for and it's not a gazillion dollars. The Super Champ is possibly your best bang for the buck in a tube amp. With your guitar collection I figured the quality of your amp would be important to you.

The "nice" features about the Katana that this Fender doesn't have are it has an "acoustic guitar" setting, if you amplify your acoustics and the onboard attenuator for the lower volume settings... Not sure if you would use those features or not.

If you are stuck on that Katana check one out somewhere with a few of your guitars, if possible. Many times when effects manufacturers like Boss try to make amps they really sound fake.

MMMmmmm gives me a lot to think about but you guys do realise that the fender amp I have here is made in china as most of them are
Ty if the Super champ is better built ( dont know if thats true ) then its better built in China
I had a fender Deluxe valve amp Made in the USA and it broke

    this was interesting

she would hate pumping gas here...all the self serve places remove the nice little locking clip that holds the handle in so you have to keep holding it

and if they see you jam your cap in there they yell thru the intercom and stop the pump from inside

Better than 90% of all electronics are made in China these days... The other 10% are made elsewhere out of components made in China.
