Show us your tree. :) and stuff.
Lol, no the helmet isn't on there anymore. :D
And also doesn't look as leaning as it does in the pic either.

Any good pagan knows you shouldn't have a fake tree... and it should be out in the woods.

I won't be putting up a tree, I don't think.

I'll probably do a garland swag from the archway and decorate that...up high where the cats can't reach it.

I have a small 4ft tree that I might put up here. I still go to my parents house for Christmas every year though and like to put most of my decorations on the big family tree. I'll put whatever doesn't fit on that tree onto my little one I suppose.

No, I do not ever put up a real tree or big fake one, either....Animals would have a fake one down in no time.....or pee on it....but I decorated after cleaning the house for Thanksgiving here and there with little things here and there....some small fake trees in the mix......If I find some fallen pine boughs outside in my travels, i will bring them in to aroma the house up and add the sprig of pine....
Will put everything away Christmas night or the 26th, as on the 26th, i don't want to see Christmas decorations anymore, and will bring out the pink things that are in my curio cabinet for valentine's Day to decorate around.....January can get so depressing, so splashes of pink help to cheer things up during that month....

But, spiders. And mess. This is something just to break the euphoria of my household. I like something pretty and different to look at that breaks my house up for two months a year. I have my real tree hidden away in the forest. I call it my real tree because I really like it. :) anyway this fake tree is Norwegian pine, 7ft tall. It was exactly the style and dimensions I wanted. My dog also won't feel like he has to urinate on it. If it were real he'd cock leg every few minutes. :D

The helmet on the tree looks redneck as hell.

My cats have been playing with a set of plastic ornaments for about 6 months. They spilled out of storage and they were cheap so I just let the cats bat them around.

I could wire my artificial tree to the window trim so the cats didn't knock it over when they climb it. I'd hang non-breakables on it for them. I love the lights the best so I don't know if I'll mess with a tree. I wouldn't want them to bite the light strings.

I'll hang lights outside and a wreath on my door.

We're not decorating this year. We're going on a trip instead of celebrating at my house so there is no reason to put forth the effort of decorating. We have an upside down christmas tree though. I'll try to find a picture from years past and post it.

For centuries the upside-down Christmas tree represented the holy trinity. Good to see a long-time tradition once again reborn.

I'm not doing a tree, didn't last year either. I hate fakes ones and dealing with a real one by myself is too hard, but I do decorate.
