i have an account but i guess i havent had it long enough to invite people. im not sure how long i have to wait or if their is a set amount that i have to upload before i can invite people but when i eventually can id be glad to help you out lol
if you are looking for electronic music specifically, try torrentech.org....it has all the good electronic stuff (like venetian snares lol), but not really much of anything else....but it is pretty easy to get an invite from if you just go to the chat room and ask...
