I think it was a show to satisfy their own population and de-escalate too. I saw articles which said they talked on the phone? Mahdi in Iraq called the Americans and told them to leave the hangars and barracks and they did so. The damage is much smaller than a cruise missile, unless they used a lighter payload? A cruise would leave a 40 meter hole.

Also, in Sydney anyway, you can get a bar of soap for like 50c, get a bus to Bondi beach, have a wash at least every second day. At least 6 months of the year it's not too chilly for that

They have Caymans in Florida as well. All 3 are basically the same model; prehistoric lizard that's inclined to take a bite out of anything that moves. If you recall, a child at Disney World was killed by a gator 3 years ago. And Disney does a lot to curb their population.

But it's a lizard, you can't stop them all. They are rather spry and can chase down Brucie Jenner in the water with ease. On land they're not as fast and if you run from them in a zig zag pattern, you might escape. I know people keep them as "pets", but they are not exactly something you cuddle with. They hatch from their shell ready to attack.

I've taken hikes in the swamp and came within a foot or two of gators. It's kinda freaky seeing their little eyes stare at you from the water. But they're not generally aggressive towards humans unless you enter their water, or if you're small enough to look like food like the toddler at Disney

 

If Trump didn't quit the nuclear agreement they wouldn't have come out of their hole.
So, pretty much every other country wants to keep that agreement, which is worthless if Iran doesn't honor it anymore. The only reason Iran doesn't wanna honor the agreement anymore is because Trumpy backed out. Now Trump is trying to ask Europe, China, Russia, etc. to go along with him.
