wrist bones?

Im a 3/4 Irish and 1/4 Scottish, and Im pretty tanned for an Irish person! And I live in the cold North too. Must be my love of the sun

And bat for lashes, veins gross me out too. When I was on LSD, I looked down at my arm while writing and I had no skin, like it was clear! I could see all the muscle and veins, blood flowing though and the nerves connected to the end of my fingers, every time I made the conscious effort to move a finger, Id see the spark of thought connect to the nerve, flow to the finger, back to the brain and then my finger would move. Made me kind of nauseaus

 

I LOVE the sun too! I just dont get it. im only like a 1/3 irish, and Im half Danish, I thought they tanned well. But my mom, the irishy one, is very tanned, and my Danish dad is paaaaale. Damn!

 

Now that is weird!
I always assumed I was from the dirty Irish, the poor ones who were tan :tongue:

 

LOL! Maybe so! I think tanning for my skin is like wine, its an acquired taste. baby steps.

I don't think it's weird, just different.

My wrist bones stick out quite a bit. My oldest son was looking at my wrists the other day and said "Mommy, what's wrong with your wrists? Were your bones broken, is that why they stick out like that?" *laughs*
