    COLORADO, I SALUTE YOU!
What a marvellous piece of news.
I am not naive and know this will cause furore in the system with appeals, other states possibly making similar statements etc but just for this morning? I am delighted beyond words.

If only 50% of people in the USA would stop watching Fake News things would improve, they might see the truth!

The conservative "supreme" court is big on letting states make their own election decisions. States rights , you know. Let's see if they overturn Colorado's decision and show their true colors as the right wing , hypocritical shlubs they are.

    The 10th Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

    THe 14th Amendment/Section 3:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

NOTE: A 2/3 vote in Congress can invalidate the restriction of the 14th Amendment challenge.
It's a throw away. COlorado can be forced to put him back on the Ballot.

It doesn't matter since the GOP is already planning to caucus in Colorado instead.
