My brother-in-law (who's in his 70s) got an implant and he (and my sister) seem happy with it. Personally, I have severe ED and couldn't manage an erection if you put a gun to my head. Even so, the idea of someone taking a scalpel to my willy absolutely terrifies me!
FYI, they don’t cut your dick. The surgery is done through the scrotum or just about the penis. By no means was it the worst pain I ever had. Check out a site called Franktalks and go to the implant section. It has changed our life.
In this day and age I've got this vision of you having an implant you can control via an app on your phone. Then your wife will use the app on her phone to give you erections at inappropriate times.
Try franktalk.org, it’s a forum with great information. My was done in Raleigh NC and we’ve been very satisfied with the results! All I have to do is pump him up and I’m good to go. If I blow my load too early, no worries he stays hard as a rock.
Thanks for the .org suggestion. A lot of good information there. Now if I could just find a doctor close by to do the procedure. Implant specialist at local urology group only implants two-piece and from what I have read, these are just not suitable. He said some other things that make me doubt his ability.
It wouldn't shy me away but it would certainly be a little strange to me but if it gets him erect it's all good in the end.
