live your dream house in an area you didn't love, or live in an area you loved in a house you didn't like?

Area is more important to me.If I had to live in a house I didn't like architecturally,or that was in a state of bad repair I would just slowly adapt it to my own style and do repairs as and when.If you live in a bad area then all that is a bad space outside but if you have a bad house then that is a smaller space that can be adapted over time.Location is very important to be regards security and vibes. Also like does it have green spaces and amenities.

Live in an area I love... but then I thought... what if the house had no running water, asbestos in the walls, no electricity and you had no money to rebuild cause the area you love is very expensive and have no money left from buying the location.. I just talked myself out of location... damn I think I will just rent from now on in the location I love so I can have it all.

Yeah I would have to know the reasons I don't like the house...I would take either on over my current situation. House that needs a lot of repairs in an area far from any arts or culture....aside from farming

it's a lot easier to fix a house than an area.

I lived in some bad neighborhoods and I liked them better than the good ones I have lived in.
The one exception because I don't know if it's a good or bad area. But I was on hWY 9 in Parlin for a while. There was lots to hate about it and lots to like about it.
