Confest is not just about hot tubs. There is a steam tent- I like the idea but can only manage 5 minutes in there , skinny dipping, mudbath- you float around in it like a crocodile ,body painting, silent disco - everyone wears cordless headphones, tai chi, various types of yoga-I once did niddrie yoga and it was not too strenuous. Anyone can hold a workshop.I usually hold one on starting a vegie garden for beginners. Although clothing optional, most people wear clothes. Like any other clothing optional event the demographics are skewed towards older single men. I once saw a woman at a Confest wearing a bra and that was unusual.
