    I will say how I react depends on my own situation and background.

    In my current situation of being able to afford food, I would likely give up the sweet roll, buy another and not go in that alley way again.

    If I were homeless and hungry well then I may well decide to take a beating to eat the sweet roll.

    Nothing is black and white.

    i see two skoomas, a bowl of something that may or may not be moon sugar, two empty jars, and a skooma pipe, which in reality doesn't actually do anything with skooma and is just a really awful alembic or some such thing.

    my current character has probably 20 skoomas, 100 moon sugars, no empty jars, and an entire grandmaster's alchemy set. plus a skooma pipe for decoration. a really useful prize right now would be a bunch of filled soul gems, so i can finish maxing out my enchant skill and give myself some constant effect restore fatigue armor.
