Would shrooms be too intense for me? Why?

Damn right, they can! If the OP is in doubt he should have a look at my trip reports or those of the other users, he'll see what shrooms are really about.

Everybody is different, who knows how you will react to shrooms.

I suggest you wait a few years at least though

 

yeah lol forsure wait, I had a bad trip my first time. might have been cause of the 25 500mg vitamin c tablets i took. or just that my ex girlfriend showed up and it was all down hill from there lol. I can honestly say I have a ton more control about the mind aspect of it compared to the first time I took them. It only takes ONE bad thought to turn your trip around in a heartbeat

 

i followed the same path. it is not good. everyone is telling you to slow your roll for a reason. we all took the same path. some got something out of it.. others are fried beyond anything you can understand.

I love shrooms to bits, but I still find it a bit of work to keep my trip straight on them. They're sneaky little motherfuckers and can take you by surprise, really have to let the trip flow the way it wants to go.

But ultimately it is your decision.

Looking back, I'm glad I waited until I was 19 to smoke weed and 23 before I tried LSD. I agree with most of the posters -- wait a few years.
