Would it ever be a possibility if there was “An End to the United States of America”?

At any point from now in 2024 going forward in our American History; That if by any chance say we were attacked and like “conquered” or “overthrown” by another government/nation/country? Could that ever happen or be a possibility? If USA was ever overthrown: Would that legitimately be “The End of the United States of America” as we know it???

 

Philosophically speaking, all compounded objects and ideas have a beginning and ending , so no individual or nation is bound to last forever. Many great nations and empires of the past has disappeared without a trace.

If the US has progressive leaders wedded to progressive values with flawless judgement, that can enhance its longevity to a large extent, imho.

 

Just watched a film called "Civil War". Give it a watch. The guy who wrote the book, Alex Garland, also directed.
