we do the mountains quite a bit. i only made a point of trying to specifically summit once. i only got up to about 12,000 feet before i started getting a really vicious headache and started throwing up. i've since been able to get around a lot easier, i had to adjust to the altitude better, i think. i'd like to finish it this time, in a good pair of boots. i slid down the mountain.

Ok your mountains are considerably higher than ours, but I’m familiar with the local geology and the green and white mountains used to be as high as the Himalayas are today. 100,000,000 years of erosion and the occasional uplift will do that
