    I'm not an Atheist but i can see why they mightn't want to go to church anymore.
    When i was growing up with my adoptive family we were heavily involved with our local uniting church.
    In fact when i was still in foster care the host family i was living with were a minister and his wife who were from the UK.
    So you learn to respect the religion rather than hate on it.
    Atheists hate all religious beliefs.
    All because they can't be bothered to go to church even if it is for a wedding, or even a family funeral.

    Its a little more personal than that, but I agree hate is what drives almost every atheist. My daughter has been a lifelong avowed atheist, and is rather stubborn and willful, and insisted we take her to church. So we took her to the local Unity church, and they let her join the choir years before they normally do. I like to think the experience calmed her down a bit about religion.

  3. I've only been to church a couple of times, though I'm not an atheist. I found it to be completely ridiculous. Though the people there seemed to enjoy it.

    I find religious people a bit stuffy and mainstream for my taste, all too interested in who has the more expensive car.

  5. They talk a big game, but at the end of the day they're as judgmental as they come. Over petty stuff, too, like what someone's wearing or if someone's a homo.

    They organize like chickens, along with all the militant atheists in academia, and the computers are about to spit out the exact mathematics capable of reproducing their rhetoric. About half the time they seem to get the idea when I tell them I am not a bot myself, but designing bots they will love to argue with all day long, even if they know they are bots. You can even include all the latest fact checkers and lie detectors and encourage them to go at each other.

    Normally, telling bad jokes like that to such idiots is taboo in my culture, but the planet cannot survive all their Three Stooges slapstick much longer.

    If anger, mathematics, & indignance is where your foot has found purchase at this point then so be it. To the wise all not of them is foolishness, so to of the foolish. Meaning is found, meaning is lost. Each of us is an onion, peel away the layers and what is left?

    Actually, I have always hated Babylonian politics and want nothing to do with the idiots, but they keep stealing my work, some of which the government makes weapons of mass destruction out of. So, I decided it was time to explain to them what the jokes are about. Babylonians need a reality check so bad the whole fucking world is falling apart.

  9. Is an onion just a bunch of layers, or does it have a core piece of onion that is its core?

    There is no onion, there is no spoon... send $39.95 and learn how to levitate, seduce women, and never pay taxes again! Onions express particle-wave duality like everything else in the fucking universe, so you have to decide for yourself where the onion begins and ends.

    If you cut open an onion there is a core in that onion.
    You need to get rid of that core because it's too strong and will let it's juices come up and hit you in the eyes and make you cry.

    My parents go to church on a regular basis. It's usually weekly but it can be fortnightly.
    If you involve yourself with things you learn a lot of stuff.
    It helps you when you are in volunteer work.

    Don't know if you were involved with scouts when you were little but it's the same thing. You do learn to help others out.

    No matter what anyone's negative opinions about churches, they remain one of the very few places Babylonians even congregate that isn't in front of a television. That's why Babylonian slapstick is becoming even more mind-numbingly predictable. They are determined to watch the Truman Show and forget they even have the remote in their hand still. Even our three year olds think they are bizarre and to be avoided. You don't need a weatherman to know the boob tube was left on too long, when they all argue with each other and their own boob tubes.

    Labels only have meaning when given as context. You are the inheritance of Babylon just as much as those you label Babylonian. There is no "your work" for them to steal. The only true freedom is bondage. All must share in strife whether they know it or not.
    Yes & no. There is an accepted core to an onion, however it too is layered & when those layers are stripped away nothing remains. This fact is why the onion is often used as a tangible example of the ego. The outer layers are what has grown through age whilst the inner core is what was born at consciousness' awakening. When all is stripped away what remains?

    LOL, you are attempting to teach the master linguistics, and need to learn how to suck eggs harder. Labels are a context. Onions can be either the context or content, because a context without any significant content is a complete contradiction and vice versa. Perhaps you would like to teach mother nature logic and physics?

    Shall I stoke your ego oh great master? Behold the wise! One who looks through the many facets of his diamond and sees perfection at it's center!

    Ignorant Jokes

    When a Great man discovers Ignorant Jokes,
    They may Embrace humor wholeheartedly;
    When a Common Man hears insipid jokes,
    He may choose to Laugh just Sometimes;
    When a Mean Man Hears Toddler jokes,
    They’ll Frequently Laugh Hysterically!
    Whilst those who seldom laugh at all,
    Learn nothing about their ignorance!
    Therefore it is said:
    Who Understands ignorant jokes seems Childish;
    Who practices Ignorant Humor falls on his butt.
    Whilst Bumbling all about;
    In lowly places most disdain;
    The finest Copy appears Plain;
    The sharpest razors are all Dull;
    The Shallowest pond has depths;
    The Worthless, Appears Priceless;
    The Sublime, merely a Distraction;
    The Clearest Truth, Seems opaque;
    The Popular Ideal appears Flawed;
    The Bravest of Heart appear Meek;
    The timid nature appears reckless;
    The square perfected has no edge;
    Music perfected has no melody;
    Love perfected has no climax;
    Art perfected has no intent!
    Only the ignorant can appreciate their own ignorance:
    It transmits sensation and transcends other knowledge.

    Yeah, but Lao Tzu is Winnie the Pooh you scrape off your shoes, unless you are three years old or ultra conservative Asian collectivists. My tribes are 12,000 years old, while Lao Tzu is a pen name given to our work by academics who love to steal everything but the kitchen sink. He's actually the best selling comic book in Asia today, and I gave a copy to my son when he was a small child. He loved it and decided to imitate Winnie the Pooh, and is pretty much worthless, and is one reason I write the book.

    Fucking westerners always think they know everything about everything including totally foreign cultures.
