Wow, that's a loaded question! I can only speak on my experience, (Im 59) so in my lifetime I would probably go with Nixon but Carter was atrocious and W was certainly the worst two full term president of my lifetime. W may not have actually won EITHER election that he "won."
Trump has divided us socially in this country like no other and has embarrassed us as a nation to other leaders of countries but his tough talk has had positive results in some areas. His actions on immigration, for the most part, are long overdue as all these illegals are receiving healthcare, jobs, schooling for their children and countless other free perks on the dime of legal US citizens while the legal citizens do with out which is a disgrace! Long overdue and polititions should stop pandering to sects of society for no other reason than to get elected but rather START doing what is right and GOOD for this damn country!
I have absolutely no doubt that in the future, maybe 20 to 30 years down the road, historians will have had time to view and review all the facts, the truths, the lies and come to the undeniable conclusion that Donald Trump was by far the worst President the United States has ever had. It won't even be close. But even after 30 years, they will not be able to understand why 40% of Americans were gullible enough to believe all of his proven lies. Why so many people would ignore facts that could easily be proven. That when his lies were pointed out, they would make excuses so they could continue to believe him.
If it were only our heads he was living in, no problem. But real estate hog that he is, he seems to have taken over the whole country. it's alive frankenstein - Yahoo Video Search Results
It's too subjective a question to give a proper answer. What impresses one person about a president will repulse someone else.
Wilson is often ranked by historians as one of the nation’s greatest presidents. His accomplishments include: The Underwood-Simmons Act, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Trade Commission, the eight hour day for many workers, child labor laws, the Clayton Antitrust Act, government loans to farmers, first Jewish person on the U.S. Supreme Court, the League of Nations (Nobel Peace Prize), led the war against Germany in WWI, helped negotiate the Treaty of Versailles, and supported women's voting rights winning the 19th Amendment.
When I look back on the last century, damage occurred to the country - very subtly in each instance, but cumulatively catastrophic - when those in high positions of power act outside of their Constitutional authority. In my opinion, Wilson displayed a disdain for the Constitution. Many historians tend to have "progressive" tendencies, as Wilson certainly did. When I assess performance of any politician, I find those tendencies most damning.

O Dear a quote from CNN. Was one of these so called lies that Obama wiretapped the Trump campaign and Trump was called a liar?
Donald Duck pales in comparison to Andrew Jackson, but only because Jackson could get away with more crap in his time.
