Isn't that a little wierd to be telling his parents what he will do with his girlfriend? Maybe he's reassuring them he wasn't intending to put his penis in yet. That's inviting the parents to be super-protective. They' ll read into that scenario, much more, and stop him going to see you in case you both do much more. They would have assumed that you'd both be exploring each other somehow anyway, unless they're naive.
