Worried! Used Big Anal Toys And Then Blood!

Hey, so today im a bit concerned and i want to know if i should run to the hospital.
Today i was using my anal plug, the Tantus A-Bomb with a 2.5" diameter, and i have been practicing to move to a larger plug lately. I was trying to get the Tantus Tex in. It has a 3" diameter.
After 40 minutes of prepping, relaxing, and stretching it finally popped in and it stuffed me up completely. So much in fact i had to take it out.
When i took it out, i saw blood on my fingers. It wasnt a lot, but indeed it was blood.
The bleeding stopped within 5 minutes. I wasnt dripping blood. Just a little pink. I dont have any problems contracting my butthole or anything. But im still concerned!
Has anyone else had this problem?
Should i run to the hospital?
Any suggestions?
Pls help!

Relax, just don't put anything up there for a week or so. Stretch is out slowly and don't try the 3" one for a while.
