Judaism teaches that the following of the Old Testament law will help you receive eternal life which also required you to kill animals as a blood offering to God. Jesus taught that His death would be the only blood offering anyone would need for future atonement of sin. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. The Jewish faith does not believe this. In Jerusalem they are training priest so that when they rebuild their third temple, the animal sacrifices will begin again.

 

The bible teaches that no murder will inherit the kingdom of God. Those who murder will have no place in heven even if they call themselves Christians.

It also teaches that at the end of time the nations of the world would rise up and try to drive the Jews from their land. The God of the bible will destroy this invadeing army, and at that time the Jewish people will recognize the one they pierced. (Jesus) O.T. Zechariah 12:10 It is best if you read the whole chapter. To follow Judaism would require one to reject Christ blood sacrifice, for Judaism still rejects Him, and His sacrifice.

 

The bible talks a lot about America but few realize this. It predicts at the time of America's end our leaders will be fighting with one another. There is going be another cival war, and it might be over abortion. As the numbers of Republican's grow, democrats will find it very hard to maintain their laws of murder. In the future, democrats will be loseing one election after another because of this. I believe abortion will be done away with in America, but it will be to late for the nation, for out enemies will be at our door step at this time. God will be ready to punish those who supported this law. Any nation that is more worried about political issues than a child's life is ripe for judgement. The ban on late term abortion's is just the beginning my dear.
Bushes ban will of saved more lives in the first year than all the lives we have lost in the war. But I'm sure that does not interest you. Because it's really not about the saving of children is it.

Hey, instead of getting bitter at him, try to understand his viewpoint. Christianity can be a positive thing, in certain situiations, in my opinion. But campbell should also realize that not everyone here shares his faith, and so when he quotes out of the Bible, it is meaningless to those who do not hold the Bible in the same importance.

I'll give my opinion too. I think the Bible is full of wisdom, although I think it has been massively MISINTERPRETATED, hence why the 'believers' are such a confused and in general, suffering people. Fuck the Buddha, life doesn't have to be suffering, and it's only because we make the earth into a hell, that we see it as such. But, you have the power to see everything in a more positive light. Exercise that power, and your life will change quite dramatically.

 

Plus, if you are going to spread your faith, it is much easier to do so with positivity, rather than "you're all going to burn!!"
