I've never been to a rainbow gathering, but I have read there are various workshops run at them. Can anyone tell me what kind of workshops are run there? And if anyone has been to one, what it was like for them?
oh , there can be naked in the morning yoga , and drum-making , theatre production , healing , religious studies , native plant ident- ification .... i teach a universal language , usually just setting up along a path and inviting anyone to sit with me awhile and play with the words . once i attended a workshop led by a goddess who showed us how to touch one's own nose .
The herb walks are my favorite you walk around learning about herbs and how to identify them in the woods . I have also been to many rainbow chant workshops were you learn all sorts of rainbow chants ( they change form from teacher to teacher so it is fun to go to more than one) There are all sorts of different ones but these 2 kinds tend to be my favorites
