your workout programe looks very professional, scientific kerri "70%" "one legged" "rm" im just a primitive neanderthaler going in the trainingsroom unexpected&raw , destroying, killing it
side note for my warriors: never do pushups so that your wrist folds (applies to every exercise) - make sure your wrist and joint are aligned. Meaning, when you do pushups close your fists, or do them on these grips. In a folded, misligned posistion your wrists are very prone to injury. i have had tendonitis twice because of that sh, you dont want that!
once you reach a state where pushups are too easy, meaning you can do 20+ with nice form , dont give up on them, they are the single best exercise for the whole body. The king of BB. Even advanced athletes never give up on them. You can add weights : Put weight plates in a backpack or wear a weighted vest. Also try different variations: for example diamond shape or extra wide pushups which are much harder. But never give up on them .
mannnnnn.... since I started with my body building workout ..... I feel like a mofo lion again!!! thats that that that feeling I have been missing for months due to my rib injury. all kinds of hormones kicking in , any soldier knows what the buck im talkin about. feelin like lifting an elephant. so much energy running through the body. bam bam baw baw . nuh uh 1 woman aint enough for that boom
Yeah, if you wanna superset and fatigue your pecs, they're good I suppose. Another option is to jump on the pull ups bar right after bench. Arnold was a big proponent of opposing muscle group supersets. I LOVED this particular superset: bench and pullups (or chinups)
My husband is a 500+ lb bencher and he’ll occasionally do a couple sets to failure at the end of a workout
