working while high

I work at a rink and would say that I go to work stoned the majority of the time. I even drove the zamboni when I was about 4 hours into a pretty intense mushroom trip once.

That's awesome. Probably ended up doing a good job cleaning the ice and didn't even realise it.

 

The trick is to always be high so they wont know the difference.

 

I work with people who have developmental disabilities...down syndrome, autism...etc. I LOVE hanging out with my clients stoned....As long as I am away from the parents and boss everything is good.
If they by chance pop up; I get paranoid thinking they know I am stoned off my rocker.

 

Actually, I'm told I hit the boards pretty hard once, but they're resilient and other than that it was all good. I'm just lucky I even made it in to work at all.

 

this is a good idea imho when holidaying..but when working bro..you dont need to do that..really..nobodys stupid enough to not notice that you are blown 24/7!!

and yeah if you are high 247, bloody hell leave the others you will not know the difference between being normal and stoned and hence your stoner experience will go down bro..

When I work at my old job I would smoke all the time. Yeah I did one hell of a job. But it was the wrong thing to do.

nothing is right or wrong per se (yeah another cliche'd statement) but the thing is I smoke it for recreation( for lack of a better word) hehe so when I toke..I make sure I fly..another thing is that I dont like dont things half and half..u know what I mean,

I do one thing at a time and try to do it okay..

 

For me there were a couple of times I almost got busted. I am so lucky I never got caught. Now I rather be safe then sorry. but thats just me

 

It really depends on the job, and the person. I can handle my pot fine and act as normal or goofy as I want when stoned. I would say out of a 5 day work week I smoke 3 days before I get there. I have a pretty mellow job though where I sit at my desk and do paperwork all day. I just throw some visine in the eyes and I'm golden. I work with a guy who is a raging conservative Christian who is a bible hugging, hippie hating, thinks marijuana is the devil, etc... He has never commented on my state of mind. He did however once, when I forgot my visine, ask why my eyes were red. I told him the dust in the building (I work in a records building that has lots of paper/boxes & thus a lot of dust) was bothering my eyes. As long as you can play it cool and still do your job it will all be good. But the only way to find out is to try and thats a risk you need to be willing to take.

 

Its a waste of weed, unless you have a large amount of it, its not worth it to go to work high. I've never done it, but I've gone to class high, which is also a waste. All it does is make me paranoid, it doesn't really add any entertainment to it. If I smoked enough to be entertained I'd also be so high I'd be giggling and I couldn't control myself.

If I had enough weed though, and a mellow job, I would smoke before work and possibly during work.

 

I smoke before work all the time. I only hit it like 2 or 3 times though, just to get a brisk light high going. Going to work completely stoned is a waste of weed, but getting a light high is nice. I answer phones, deal with customers, and basically sit in front of a computer for my job, so being high really doesn't effect my performance. Actually, I'm probably nicer to customers when I'm high, haha.

 

I definitely couldn't function at work if I was stoned. I'm useless after a spliff

 

i work in a huge green house, planting flowers and shit..
i love going to work high, i do it pretty often.
i go in stoned, and real relaxed and just plant my flowers or whatever they have me doing. i don't have to deal with any customers and we mostly work by ourselves so i have my own time to just be stoned and enjoy it..

i don't get red eyes or anything either, so i'm not too paranoid
