Working Out Naked

In 2 weeks time that will be me as I have a gym in my olive grove, I use old tires to work out with from a tractor tire downwards in size, all good fun to keep healthy, well try to and very naked.

 

I do exercises at home nude, mostly yoga and pilates, in the garden if the weather is nice enough, else indoors. Also have a set of dumbbells to do some weights too.

 

I just took a run around my backyard in the nude. I have a lot of land on my property and not many neighbors.
It felt great running naked but I had to stop after about twenty minutes.. I was freezing my ass off!

 

Wish I had the privacy to have a little naked run

 

We have a treadmill, some gym equipment and practice some yoga. Keeps everyone fit and healthy, kids are right into yoga.

i have about a mile of wooded trails were i live so i know the feeling i walk them naked almost daily

Being outdoors naked is always great, esp with other naked people

I wish I could be nude outdoors... *sigh*

 

me too just wish i could do it w/o the fear of the legal trouble if i get caught.

 

Some backyard beats my 21/2 acres of house and olive grove, but surrounded with mountains and sea views.

Do lots of walking there its my back yard, the dogs love it and so do I as its fig time, ever had fresh figs straight from the tree?

 

Haven't exactly worked out nude, wish I worked out at all, but I've done nude yoga a few times with friends. It's always funny to see my male yoga partners get aroused, clearly they can't help it lol, the positions we get in just make it worse for them
