Words that you didn't know were racist...

Like most jobs there are several people above me, people I would call my boss. One is black American, one is white Cuban and one is white American. Now, if someone asked me which is which, I could describe them, most efficiently, in that way. Would that be racist? NO! What about if I described someone as old or fat? That might be a little more offensive in my opinion. I have no problems describing someone as black, but one of my best friends at work is a fat, older (about 55) black woman who sometimes rides a motorized wheelchair and uses an oxygen tank. To someone who was looking for her I might describe her as black, but I would never mention the fat part or the age or the wheel chair or the oxygen tank.
