The innocence of the original has been drained.
    What is left is desperation.
    "Fill it up PLEASE!"
    Original tangents, turned to gold.
"It is not what you allow to happen, that keeps you bound, it that which you do not allow to happen."
I just met someone...a ghost. Best to keep it that way. Less slim.
aging allows us to disregard others. We were born alone...etc.
Deep is the habits. They put ear muffs on. We like it. It feels comfortable. Satisfied.
Be naked, but always wear the tin hat. We are freaks. But in control.

emo gets us in trouble. don't need to deny it. just not to trust it.
    masks?
my preferences and perspectives are all there is.
of course, i don't advertise all of them.
when the village idiots are rioting and burning everything they don't understand,
the impulse to maintain some degree of protective coloration is not unreasonable.

when surrounded by those who neither hate logic nor strangeness,
there one may expose their true heart, with a good bit less to fear.

    WTF????

seriously, I wish that just once these self proclaimed gurus would fucking say something that makes even a little bit of sense.

still trying to make sense of humans?

i can remember when the galactic council thought the safest thing to do would be to just throw a big rock at the planet and forget it

and i had to cast the opposing vote and insist they had some potential
