"Women are meant to be loved, not understood." -Oscar Wild (I really ought to practice what I preach)
^saying women can't be understood is a bit like choosing a mate based on their astrological sign isn't it? Like just because you can lump a group together based on whether they have a vagina or whether they were born in November or July must mean they're all exactly the same. There are a lot of women out there who think more like stereotypical men and I've personally come across plenty of men who think like stereotypical women. Most of us fall into a certain pattern when choosing our mates and that's why, as we become older and cynical about love, have a tendency to believe all men and all women must be the same. I like the part about how women are meant to be loved but I don't think anyone should give up on finding someone they understand as well. Understanding and being understood is a wonderful feeling.
I almost didn't post this because I figured it made me sound too much like a stereotypical woman In summary, all humans are slightly ridiculous
Whats not to understand? Pretty much all agro, all sports, anything constructed starts off as a result of sexual frustration
I simply found it to be a nice quote. I think it's geared toward males who've had perplexing and frustrating love lives trying to pursue women they can't figure out. I speak from experience. I get that it is a negative stereotype to say all women are complex and tough to understand; in turn it implies that all men are basic and easy to figure out, and I know that's far from the truth. Plenty of girls have actually had a tough time figuring me out, I must admit. I like the Oscar Wild quote because I'm the type of person who overthinks everything when it comes to relationships and dating, and it's been detrimental to my success.
"Agro"? As for sports, I'm not a sports guy. Sexual frustration? If anything *I* ain't the one wanting sex. The women are. Women. Go figure.
