Does a women leaning back during reverse cowgirl help stimulate her g-spot more then leaning forward?

Leaning back will cause the penis to withdraw from the vagina some. It places the head inside about 1 to 2 inches while pushing into the forward wall and g spot stimulation can happen. If she leans forward or towards the mans feet the penis is pushed deeper into the vagina where nerve endings are few and she may not feel any g spot stimulation. Nerve endings are only about one to two inches inside her depending on the location of the clitoris. The closer to the vaginal opening the clitoris is the more nerve endings that are inside. Of course that has nothing to do with the location of the g spot and how it is stimulated. Except that the more nerve endings there are the better chance she will orgasm from the penis placement. So her leaning back may not be solely for g spot stimulation but overall stimulation of her vagina.

Hit the nail on the head! Generally stretching during stretch, especially arching the back, is a great way for overall stimulation, let alone with genitalia.

Mine likes it and says that she feels more down there. She also admits that by leaning back, she's exposing her pussy and tits more and that excites her.
