Oh, sorry, I meant for machinist to give an example of when he considers it's good to discriminate against women and minorities for jobs.

Eww no. I'd have to fight for the xbox. Irm don't play that way. The only thing I could conceivably think of, of why I would want a man, would be.. Well I can't think of anything right now as I'm perfectly able to live life without one. :p just polluting the earth with my no sense and no thoughts of kids. No kids = Dun need no man. :D

If the patriarchy exists, it’s doing a shitty job keeping women down

I will find you useful, to play pool and snooker against. I only have a regulation sized 7ft 8ball table, but it is fun to play snooker on too and I like the strategy. :)

That's good. Like riding a bike you never forget the mechanics it's your muscle memory that gets you after a spell of not playing. I'm in state championships this weekend. :) if I make it through round 1 I play 2nd best in state. He'll destroy me, and teach me a lot on the way. :) I also play pool today for wednesday league.

I should be a basketball coach. I'm not big and tall, but I swear I understand the game better than most people.

In fact, I wish I could get Brad Stevens on the phone right now. There were more than a few lost games Boston could have won this season if only they'd listened to me.

This is what I'm talking about. Forcing the perimeter shots while I'm screaming at my TV to drive the lane.
Now these shitcunts are going to lose to Milwaukee.

I play pool because I like to use my head. It's not about sinking balls all the time. Every shot now at the level I am on is about getting to the ext 2 or three balls after the shot. Or, knocking a ball into a favourable position while hiding the cue ball to an u favourable position. Of course it sucks when you ay a ball you don't think will go in and you sink it while leaving you nothing for the next shot lol.

But I'm a chess player since I was 8, and I find pool although totally different, to be a game of chess. Using blocks, forks, safeties etc. I love pool. :) and I intend to make top 50 in state. I'm half way there already. I really need to drop a hobby or too and do it full time to become elite, and unfortunately I'm not in the position to dedicate my life to it, so I go for the social outing atm. :)

Best thing about pool is as long as your eyes hold up, which if you know my eye history isn't the greatest, you just get better as you age. You learn more. Lots of learning. Knowing is half the battle, execution is the other half. I'm at the stage where my talent and table knowledge is there, but the execution isn't. And I mean using spin on the cue ball because once you use spin you have to disregard everything you know about lining a ball up.

Kinda damned if you do, damned if you don't at my level. I try not to use too much side spin as it decreases my accuracy. I can get away usually with using backspins and coming off cushions now to set next shot options up.

Please correct me if i assume wrong :) It seems to me you're technically still a feminist, but you choose not to define yourself as one/identify as one because others are giving feminism a bad name. I as a multifaceted male have never identified primarily as a feminist neither, but technically ive been one for most of my life. As most serious egalitarians (i don't define myself as an egalitarian either lol. Its just that i meet the definition requirements).

The opposite of feminism isn’t subservitude. So a woman can choose to not follow feminism and still be her own person, not subservient to men.

Feminism isn't about following 'feminism' as in an organisation or group in the first place. Its about female equality. It doesn't matter if one affiliates or associates with some kind of official group or movement. A hermit who hates pussy hats and demonstration marches can be at least as feminist as a person passionately joining in on such activities :p
Same with that #metoo stuff. You mentioned you stopped being (or seeing yourself as) a feminist partly because of how this goes. That makes little sense imo. Distancing yourself from the discussion or movement because you disagree with certain aspects, or the general direction, does makes sense. Stop being a feminist because the #metoo movement seems to take a wrong turn not in any way.
