So myspace said I had to "renew my account;" Within the first few line of the new TOS I found...

And in the privacy policy it says..
Hmmm evidently the Government is cracking down on Citizens so hard, they actually warn people out of country, that their info is going to America.

We need to withdraw our Consent to all this Unconstitutionality.

    Cool those conspiracy boots.

Pretty sure that the servers are in the US. That means web you put info into MySpace, it's stored in servers in the us which means that it's sent to the US.

Not that the NSA had everything you say on MySpace sent directly to them.

Most everyone stopped using MySpace when the forums were removed. The forums were the only thing keeping the site afloat, and of course the site stupidly removes them.

The NSA has a dozen monitors on this site every day. So does the DEA.

It was suprizing to me that it's right there in the TOS and Privacy Policy. It's basically saying you have no privacy. Idc though I don't put my real name on those sites

For example, I'm all for gays being allowed to marry- I don't think the government should be involved.

You're taking it to a whole new level and saying we gotta FORCE churches to marry gays. I'm not down with government force, as it's taking others freedoms.

I agree--churches should not be forced to marry anyone they don't believe should be married. There is always a church willing to marry gay couples, usually a UU church. On the other hand I think it is disgusting that gay marriage is limited in the eyes of the government.

Um, it's only telling you the geographic national location of your user data on physical servers. It's not saying "you consent to your data being perused by a government agent", it's saying "you consent to your data existing in the USA". There's far bigger and realer examples of "big brother" out there, you are just grasping at non-existent straws.

Actually, I'm not. They changed that for a reason, there was a reason for new TOS. I always read those, and that wasn't there before. Plus they tried to make me connect a phone Number to my facebook, and wouldn't let me access my account without one. There's obviously alot going on with the NSA, but I pointed this out, because it means some people wont send their data to the US at all, so that should tell us something as citizens.

P.S I don't know what it is, but you come off as being insolent as hell! I'm a writer too man, but sometimes you really have to be observant, if you want to see the world for what it is. You're still trapped in the show of politics, so it's impossible to talk to you; you literally think my views are by Fascism which goes to show how ignorant you are. Less government NEVER = Fascism, but freedom!

Yes, BUT your methodology and approach is fascist at it's core because as has been pointed out before, your insistance on putting people into specific "camps" and then judging them according to the "camps" YOU have placed them in is at the start and inception of every fascisct regime in the last couple of centuries.

What are you talking about? You must be mistaken me for someone else. I advocate little-no government and NO government force on peaceful people EVER!

Are you saying I judge people? Honestly, Republicans and Democrats are so alike, I don't notice the difference. I am advocating against Government force

    If people believe

    1 Government force is needed

2 government force serves to promote "peace"

They are just sadly, sadly mistaken. I do brand people sometimes, as I did to you, and apoligized multiple times. But I am a good person, I've tried hard to be decent and, I feel like I've been doing that. I am not fascist at all as under my system, people have freedom.. but let's look at the alternatives

Liberals- want to ban large soft drinks, expand government spending and, takes peoples guns away.

Republicans- also want to expand government, they want to keep bans on gay marriage.

Mostly all of Congress signed off on the Unconstitutional Acts I've displayed (both left and right) so to me, there is no "good side" of government, and I'm not gonna father a kid, if he's gonna come out owing an illegitimate government (who's done NOTHING for him) well over $20,000 at birth.

This is fascism, we're living in fascism; To call an anti-war and anti-government person a fascist, doesn't even make sense. Fascism means total government control, as does communism. We're close to a mix of both but we're also world communists-trillions of our dollars come from poor people in this country to go to rich people in poor countries.

It's all so hypocritical. People want to hold on to an ideological world where the "government wants what's best for us;" When in reality, they send us to war, kill people and animals at the drop of a hat, and these are the same people government sympathizers think will fix all our problems.
