avoid salt if you can... its really bad for your digestive system and energy and moods. people don't realize it, but excessive amounts of sodium are in everything processed because it preserves food for long periods of time. but its not very good to have in large quantities. the recommended daily consumption is 2400mg, but if you cut it down to a quarter of that you start to feel more energized. vig, im detoxing right now for a drug test. i got a kit at GNC. i'm doing that and i'm eating strict Ital all week. i haven't eaten meat for almost a year and a half, but i'm not touching anything processed except for tofu and nut butter. i'm even making my own whole grain bread this week. my family is laughing at me, because they're a bunch of pigs. but i laugh at them because i bike everyday and my health is tops at 145 lbs they are all over weight slobs. strength and discipline. if you can find a friend to beat the shit out of you when you get a really bad craving... this helped me get off drugs. the pain beats pleasure. good luck
