It depends why you want to know - Is it a fashion/fad Buffy /Charmed/Lost Girl genres tend to promote an adventurous way of life -though if you feel a calling,(?) the Faith of Pagan, Wiccan etc. show that there to be more of a reverence/respect/connection with Nature and Spiritualism in general (sayeth a Pagan)
witchcraft is working with energy to bring something into being. Anyone can practice Witchcraft.
