wishful thinking

I wish I could be more confident in the way I look

 

i wish a great many things

i wish there were no aggressiveness, austentation, automobiles, paved roads, soverign nations or building codes. and i could get along just
fine without chauvanistic forms of belief too.

transportation infrastructure was little people sized trains
and energy infrastructure involved no combustion

and i was living up in my hills somewhere
on land no one had to own
to play with and build upon

i wish there were craftufacturing centers and mathom houses
i wish total human population was 1/20th what it is now
and no had to worry about where the basic neccessities of life
were comming from.

i wish there were no political parties or even standing
soverign hierarchies of any kind

i wish you didn't have to declair anything to take whatever
kinds of classess you were interested in

that there was no such thing as money or need for it
nor guns and armies either

most of all i wish it would be the culture and custom
that people always did their thinking and connected the dots

then i wouldn't have to WISH for any of these things

the only thing i really wish for is to get all this freaking weight off. though i suppose i should wish more for the willpower to get off my ass. i wish i was smarter, i suppose, and kinder. maybe that will come with age and experience. i wish i was a social wizard, instead of a sideshow. hm. not really. i like me. i think i'm neato.

 

i wish i had motivation to do something with my life
