in america, wearing a hoody gets you shot.

 

Which doesn't make sense when people say that as part of a legal defense to explain why so-n-so shot so-n-so.

I mean come on, the hoodie as a clothing item has been out for a while and has permeated all demographics.

Middle-aged people where hoodies, young kids all the way to teenagers where hoodies, and young adults in college where hoodies.

I've seen all races too wearing this clothing item, yet it's mainly those of darker skin that get profiled by the public and law enforcement. (Blacks and Latinos)

While ironically, because of that divergence of attention, the white-skinned people who are the "shoplifters" tend to get away because those handling the security cameras were watching the minority who did everything by the book and didn't break the law at all.

In terms of hoodie does the OP mean foreskins?

 

About 30% of newborn males in Canada are circumcised now, might be a bit lower now as those stats were from 2006 I think. It has been declining for a while.

I think it should be banned - it's wrong to do that to somebody's body at an age when they can't consent to it.
