    Both pictures were taken near sunset by the Stew Leonard's supermarket in Newington, CT, off of the Berlin Turnpike (US 5/CT 15). The sad part? It went below freezing that Christmas 2017 afternoon. It stayed that way for two solid weeks with no break.

    BTW, there's no snow on the ground here at the moment. A coating from Christmas Eve already melted. :)

    The City of New Britain (CT) Christmas Tree in our version of Central Park, taken early this morning. (Photo Credit: Chad Gelsomino)

    The other two were taken by me, to compare the Stew Leonard's supermarket snow show of a year ago. It's sunny, breezy and about 38 F/3 C today.
