Mmmmm strawberry cheesecake. I love strawberry cheesecake. Ah come to think of it that used to be the favorite of someone that ment a lot to me. It would be really nice to be able to see these be given some life and grow into something beautiful.

 

After posting my last reply, my mind went back 58 years.
One of the girls at college went home on Friday evening to find her mother baking some fairy cakes for the Sunday afternoon tea for the old folk at the church.
She suddenly had the bright idea of baking her own buns (with some added ingredient) for when she had been invited to a party

After the party she was a bit disappointed and assumed that she had used insufficient additives.

On the Sunday evening, her mother came home looking shattered, complaining that it must have been a full moon. She went on to talk about the old folk going hyper and the couple dancing swinging their walking frames above their heads.

The following month, she told her daughter that she was going to put less sugar in the cakes, wondering if they were to blame for the previous fiasco.
The penny never dropped and her daughter never explained what had happened.

 

The funny part was that it never dawned on her mother that she had picked up the wrong tray. Her daughter certainly never told her. LOL
