    Why?
    The Biden's did nothing wrong.
    Neither did the whistleblower.
    And who is Schitt?
Just more fake news and distractions.

    Sad.

Wrong, the democrats haven't accused Trump of withhold military aid to Ukraine unless the country's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, agreed to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and their business dealings there.

Trump did, in fact, withhold military aid to Ukraine unless the country's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, agreed to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and their business dealings there.
We have the phone call record, the texts, the first, second, and third, hand witnesses, and Trump and Mulvaneys' admission.

Why not? What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
As the Republicans and Trump rip apart and disregard our laws on a continuing bases, wouldn't every other person in the U.S. do the same?

And therein lies much of the problem with the electorate. Civics is no longer taught in public schools, and history is being re-written. Much of the electorate simply does not know the important things needed to make an informed decision.

  5. Let me guess, Trump supporters do? Give me a break .

And where in that sentence, did I mention a particular group? It covers the entire spectrum of the population. My guess is that if a civics test was required, in order to vote, 75% of the electorate wouldn't pass. And no, please don't misconstrue that statement as well. I am not advocating that.

Yup, that's just what I was thinking. Trump and his cronies did not respect subpoenas at all.

If they let those that refused to honor duly authorized subpoenas get by with doing so---we are not a nation of laws any more. "I'm president--I can do anything I want."

I think it violates the 14th amendment but it is an interesting hypothetical. In my experiences its the people who are so sure they know everything about what it is to be an American actually know the least. So that 75% or whatever the number would be would probably go into the test sure they were going to pass with ease

  15. And then get summonsed to the hearing...
maybe look up the penalties for refusing to be summonsed to the hearing.
Contempt of court is looking good for trump

Here in the USA when the process is in Congress, the charge would be Contempt of Congress, not Contempt of Court. The three parts of our government are separate, Executive, Judicial, and Legislative. Our Legislative Branch, The Congress of the United States holds the sole power of Impeachment and Removal from Office. You can say Trump has his tit caught in the wringer.

  17. I stand corrected. Hannity spewed that "tearing the country apart" nonsense during his "show" yesterday.

  20. Roland Schitt.

But come on already, you KNOW who Schitt is, we all do. He's the savior of the left (if only he can make Trump disappear, otherwise he's toast).
