Will Trump Supporters Listen To The Warnings?

I am so proud of my town today. First pop up protest of hoardes of people lining the streets here all ages from 9 to 99.... holding up signs for the environment and planned parenthood, ect....One sign said drain the trump swamp...and on and on,. This is the first protest against him here. I wish i had my camera out there, but I had no idea this was happening today.

Today in downtown Portland I attended a counter-protest to a pro-Trump rally. The protesters outnumbered the Trump supporters at least 20 to 1, in fact there were more police than Trumpeters. But that's Portland for you, if only we could get turnouts like that in the red states.

And the police were out in force to keep the two groups separated:

 

The Trump supporters while few in number were very passionate, and it doesn't appear that they'll listen to the warnings.

I left around 2:30, and according to the news the protesters were clashing with the police by 3:30. I'm not surprised, it looked like a powderkeg. Anyway we've sent a message that Trump has very little support here in Portland, and we've barely just begun.

 

Somehow this group reminds me of ISIS.

 

So let's see...we should help fund BLM, so we can have a racial divide that could tear our country down.

It's better to fund and support a nuclear Iran, than to stand with the only Christian country in the Middle East, our long time ally Israel.

We need a proven liar as our President. (Hillary Rodham Clinton). who takes campaign money from countries who don't support the freedom of their own female population.

To have a military with a lacking of strength not seen since before WWII.

With a national debt that ballooned from five trillion in 2008, to nearly 20 trillion in 2016, we should feel okay with this. No worries.

Obamacare, even though it raised insurance rates to an unacceptable level, is better than "keeping your own doctor" (he lied about it)...after all, Government funded insurance is better than free enterprise, and freedom of personal choice (it's none of our business...)

It was so nice to have so little respect from nations all over the world, just so we could have the first Black President (and Muslim). Muslim never used to be a threat to the US in such a direct way before Barry took office.

Benghazi? Didn't happen. Totally inconsequential. Four brave servicemen's lives didn't matter a damn. Makes you want to see your kids rush out and sign up for the military. Right?

Oh yeah, try to take our guns away from us...good luck with that one!

We can spend our lives debating until we're blue in the face, but why? Just go vote in 2018 midterms, send letters to your senators, text resist to 50409 (highly recommend for anyone), get involved locally. Who cares if they listen or not

I’ve not talked of societies but have of individuals and groups.

Now according to the UN Christian militias in the Central African Republic (terrorists like ISIS) were burning "witches" back in 2015. And there are many cases of people even children having been abused by Christians because were thought to be ‘witches’ or ‘possessed by the devil’.

And there are a number of Christian countries that persecute homosexuals and although it is a lot better in other ‘Christian’ counties did the impetus for change come from the Christian community or from the left (in the UK it come mainly from the left, the right and the Christians on the most part came to it later and many still are not sure).
