I'am curious to see if this will increase manufacturing jobs in America. If U.S companies were going overseas because of cheap labor and if now those foriegn workers are able to negotiate their salaries and unionize then this would take away the incentive of U.S companies to go overseas for cheaper workers and this may cause more of them to stay put in America creating more manufacturing jobs for U.S workers.
